	Welcome Ribak Law Offices is a family oriented law office that has been serving the needs of families of the Metropolitan Boston and South Shore areas since 1977. Our Family Law and Divorce practice includes: complex and contested divorce actions; simple and uncontested divorce actions; contempt (enforcement) actions; modification actions; child support and maintenance issues; spousal support / alimony issues; adoption actions; paternity actions; name change actions; grandparent visitation; and pre-nuptial agreements. While primarily practicing in areas of Family Law and Divorce, our other services in accommodating the legal needs of our clients include personal injury, criminal, business, real estate, probate and estates, and bankruptcy. We regularly appear at courts in Norfolk, Suffolk, Middlesex, Bristol, Plymouth, Worcester, Essex and Barnstable counties. Our offices are conveniently located a 1/4 mile off the Route 1 exit (#15A) on Route 128 in Dedham, and an eight minute drive from the Norfolk Probate & Family Court in Canton. During the course of our initial consultation, besides taking the history of your family dynamics and strategizing possible solutions, we will discuss the costs and hourly fees you might expect to incur. Upon request, a detailed memorandum on these cost and fee policies can be made available to you.
